There is nothing I like more in the summer than having a few little projects on the go to keep me focused. This year I have decided on a few but if you know me you’ll be aware that I’m so prone to changing my mind. The list might not even be the same this time next week.
Make a pallet herb garden– I’ve seen them on pintrest and they are unbelievably cute! Paint the outside wall– it’s one of those jobs that keeps being put off.
- Build a raised bed out of railway sleepers so that I can start growing plants up the wall (same wall as above). – All measured up and waiting on our delivery of planters!
- Read 10 books throughout August!
– 1. No Place To Hide – Susan Lewis 2. Me After You -Jojo Moyes 3. The Boy on the Wire – Alistair Bruce 4. A Thousand Splendid Suns – Khaled Hosseini 5. The Curious Incident of The Dog In The Night-time – Mark Haddon 6. My Sister’s Keeper – Jodi Picoult 7. The Kicking the Bucket List – 8. 9. 10.
- Get the bathroom skimmed,
tile the floorand decorate. Run 5km without stopping.
- Create some string art.
So most of these projects are to do with fixing up our house a little more 🙂
What summer projects do you have planned? Any ideas you think I could pinch?
